SETAC Europe 36th Annual Meeting

  • Maastricht The Netherlands (map)

The SETAC Europe 36th Annual Meeting will take place from 17–21 May 2026 in Maastricht, The Netherlands, at the MECC Maastricht.

This global event will gather professionals from academia, industry, and government to discuss the latest advances in environmental toxicology, chemistry, and sustainable development. Under the theme “Embrace the Outlier: In Science, Regulations and Networks,” participants will have the chance to dive into latest research, explore innovative and interdisciplinary solutions to environmental challenges.

Nico van den Brink, from our partner Wageningen University and Research(WUR), will be one of the chairs of this year’s event.

A wide range of sessions will be available for all attendees, including insightful keynote lectures, interactive poster presentations, and hands-on training courses tailored to various levels of expertise. These will cover topics such as chemical risk assessment, ecotoxicology, environmental monitoring, sustainable solutions, regulatory science, and interdisciplinary innovations bridging research and policy.
